Refund policy

Returns at SnapFit — we keep it simple.

If your child outgrows a uniform, the wrong size arrived, or something just doesn’t work, we want it back and we want you happy. Our policy is built around how kids actually grow, not around restocking deadlines.

Unworn items with tags attached → full refund, anytime.
No 30-day clock, no 90-day clock. As long as the tags are still on and the item is unworn, we’ll take it back for a full refund whenever you’re ready. Schools change, kids grow, plans change — our return window won’t get in the way.

Worn items → $1–$5 store credit through our Trade-In program.
Once tags are off and the uniform has been worn or laundered, we can’t take it back as a return, but our Trade-In program will gladly take it. Every outgrown uniform you bring back earns you $1–$5 in store credit toward your child’s next size. It’s our way of softening the cost of growing kids.

How to start a return
Sign in at account.snapfituniforms.com, pick the order, and tell us what’s coming back. We’ll confirm by email and arrange porch pickup — no need to find a box or wait at the post office. If you’d rather mail it back, just say so and we’ll send a prepaid label.

Damages, defects, and wrong items
Open your package as soon as it arrives. If anything’s torn, stained, mislabeled, or wrong, email info@snapfituniforms.com within a few days and we’ll make it right at no cost.

Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a size: start the return at account.snapfituniforms.com and we’ll get the new size on its way as soon as the original is on its way back to us.

Embroidered items are still returnable.
School-logo items can be re-sold to other families at the same school, so they’re treated like any other return — keep the tags on and we’ll take them back the same way.
